BOOKSTORES. X Annual Photography Contest Museum of Commerce and Industry of Salamanca

This call was attended by 41 photographers and a total of 155 works. The images refer to the capital and other places in the province, such as Béjar or Ciudad Rodrigo. In the non-Salamanca section, we find photographs from Toledo, Bilbao, Madrid, Santander, Gijón. Oporto (Portugal), Havana (Cuba), Amsterdam (Holland), and Santorini (Italy)

The winner of the contest was Noemi Turrión Díez, with her photograph 'Moments between words', awarded 1,000 euros; the second prize went to María del Carmen de la Torre, with her photograph 'Tradition', awarded 500 euros; and the third prize to Pedro Martín Iglesias awarded 250 euros.

The special prize, awarded 250 euros, went to 'Literary Castle', by Ana María Gaztelu Villoria, which features an image of a bookstore in Toledo.
