MUSEUMS DAY 2026
Thanks to the impetus of Turismo de Salamanca, this year International Museum Day has become a week full of activities in Salamanca's museums.
The Museum of Commerce and Industry of Salamanca featured open swing classes in our small square, a concert by the group Swing 93, a mini artisans' fair, a simultaneous chess game, micro-theatre, and various workshops.
ICOM's theme for this year's celebration has been «Museums uniting a divided world». Highlighting the potential of museums as bridges between diverse communities.
Places where differences are set aside in pursuit of higher levels of understanding.
