16th-century characters such as a Dominican friar, representing the School of Salamanca, the poor Lázaro de Termes and Juan de Peñaranda, along with a young female student from the University of Salamanca disguised as a man, meet two 21st-century characters, a journalist wearing all her jewelry and a "rascal" student. Dialogues, both roguish and not so roguish, arise between them, along with some confrontations, finally reaching the conclusion that we must celebrate how much the current world owes to the School of Salamanca.
