Professors from the International Music Academy, a pioneering project born with the aim of turning Salamanca into a meeting place for young people, musicians, and international artists, propose a journey through Central European Romanticism through various chamber ensembles.
The program combines works for strings and piano quartet, reflecting the melodic richness and national character of the music of its time. From Mahler's early lyricism to the culmination of the concert with Brahms' Sextet No. 1, one of the most emblematic works in the chamber repertoire, which fully embodies the Bohemian spirit and artistic vitality of the 19th century.
